The restaurant at Hotel Alla Botte is full of authentic flavors. We offer a cuisine that comes from both the Venetian and Friulian traditions, enriched with local and seasonal ingredients. We are open for both lunch and dinner and welcome hotel guests as well as anyone else who wishes to taste the traditional dishes and culinary explorations of our chef’s contemporary cuisine.
The wine list highlights local labels of the Lison–Pramaggiore DOC area, allowing each dish to be accompanied by the most authentic wine.
Catering and events: Quality where you need it
The catering service at Hotel Alla Botte was created to share our cuisine beyond the restaurant. We organize buffets, lunches, dinners, and refreshments for companies, ceremonies, family events, and private parties.
Thanks to our seasonal ingredients and local recipes, each event maintains the same authentic quality that distinguishes us as a hotel. Our staff takes care of everything: Preparation of dishes, service, arrangements, and, upon request, we even offer our garden as a location.
